Held deposit — released on completion (recommended) The deposit is securely held on the customer's card and only charged when you mark the job complete with a photo. A no-show is never charged — the safest, most trusted option for both sides. Needs Stripe connected. Card holds apply to appointments within 7 days; bookings further out are charged at the time of booking. Charge deposit upfront The deposit is taken immediately at booking via Stripe card payment. Needs Stripe connected. Bank transfer Customers see your bank details and a reference to pay you directly. You confirm each booking once the money arrives — no automatic verification. No online payment Bookings are confirmed instantly and paid in person on the day.
